Hamilton County: 'Best place to raise a family' Forbes Magazine says Hamilton County is the best place in the country to raise a family. The annual survey by the national magazine put Hamilton County at the top of this year's list based on its low cost of living, low housing costs, commute times, and of course, the quality of schools. "Terrific schools," actually was the term the magazine used.
