About Laura

An agent of change. When people make the decision to buy a home or sell a home, chances are good there's been some life change occurring. A marriage. The birth of a child. An empty nest. A divorce. Relocation. Retirement. Whatever the circumstance, Laura brings nearly two decades of experience working with people, communicating with them, and helping them meet their goals. That may mean buying a first home, moving across county or staging a house, so it sells faster for more money.

An agent who knows the territory. Laura and her husband Mike made Hamilton County their home in 1989, when development was in the early stages on Morse Lake in Noblesville, and Fishers had just a few thousand people and one high school, and the idea of Clay Terrace had not been conceived. Lots of changes in Hamilton County and the metro Indianapolis area. Exciting changes, many of which Laura has been involved, including promoting Fall Creek Place in Indianapolis, writing about up-and-coming neighborhoods for Indianapolis Monthly magazine, and helping families make moves in and around the metro Indianapolis area.

An agent of common sense. Whether you're buying a home for $75,000, or selling more for more than a million, you can count on Laura to be with you every step of the process, including helping you understand the technical terms associated with real estate and mortgages, she'll give you honest feedback and recommendations (even if it's not always what you want to hear), but most of all, Laura is going to help you make home buying and selling as stressfree (and sometimes even fun) as possible.

About The Kelly Dather Real Estate Group
When you work with any member of The Kelly Dather Real Estate Group, you get not just one agent working on your behalf, but a whole team of licensed, experienced real estate agents and marketing experts. Why is that important? Because in this volitile real estate market, you need proven experts, who can help you ensure that your house is priced right, is staged to attract buyers, and that you have a partner, who's going to help you every step of the one.

While we hate to brag, we think it's important that you know what you're getting. For starters, The Kelly Dather Real Estate Group was No. 3 in sales in 2009 among the nearly 700 F.C. Tucker agents; and it was in the top 20 within the entire Metro Area. While the economy was sluggish in 2009, The Kelly Dather Real Estate increased its sales by 98-percent, thanks to our clients, who trust us to help them buy and market their homes for sale, and refer us to their friends and neighbors.

Our team includes:
Kelly Dather, Realtor, broker and team leader
Laura Musall, Realtor
